With over 30 years of experience across production, design, and technical services, I’ve built my career around one core principle: take care of the client, and everything else falls into place. From live events and broadcast environments to corporate spaces and creative projects, my focus has always been on delivering reliable results while making the process smooth, professional, and stress-free.

My background spans audio, video, lighting, and system design, with hands-on experience in live production, media recording, post-production, and analog-to-digital preservation. I’ve worked in theaters, convention centers, touring productions, retail environments, and broadcast settings, often in high-pressure situations where attention to detail and clear communication matter most. Whether loading in a major show, designing a system, or restoring legacy media, I approach every project with the same mindset: do it right, do it reliably, and make sure the client feels confident every step of the way.

Customer service isn’t an add-on to what I do, it’s the foundation. I understand that every project represents someone else’s vision, deadline, and investment.
